Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at ob@kaivcreative.com with your order number and the reason for return. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see “Damages and issues” below). Where available, we may provide a return shipping label, and the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund, and we will cover return shipping where applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items / Final Sale
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Pre-orders (except where the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Items must be returned in the same condition received (unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging) with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Restocking Fee
For approved returns that are not due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee applies to confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Unless required by law, original shipping charges are non-refundable. For international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
