Shipping policy
Order Processing
We process in-stock orders within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order ship dates are estimates and may change due to production timelines, inbound shipping, or other factors outside our control. If a pre-order timeline changes materially, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Local Pickup (O’Byrne’s Locations)
Pickup Availability
Local pickup is available at either O’Byrne’s Irish Pub location (as selected at checkout, where offered).
Pickup Notification
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving.
Pickup Window & ID
Orders must be picked up within 14 days of the ready-for-pickup notice. Please bring your order confirmation and a piece of photo ID. If you would like someone else to pick up your order, please contact us in advance.
Unclaimed Pickup Orders
If an order is not picked up within the 14-day pickup window, we may cancel the order and restock the items. In that case, you will receive a refund minus a restocking fee equal to the lesser of (i) 20% of the item subtotal or (ii) $20. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Shipping (Canada, U.S., and International)
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, subject to carrier availability and destination restrictions.
Transit Times & Tracking
Transit times vary by destination and carrier. When available, you will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout. We are unable to estimate or refund these charges.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, service disruptions, or events outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
