Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly. This Cancellation Policy explains when an order can be cancelled and how cancellations apply to subscriptions, pre-orders, and try before you buy purchases.

Standard orders (non-pre-order)

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Kaiv. Creative Holdings Inc. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and we have received and processed your payment.

Because fulfilment begins quickly, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If you would like to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at ob@kaivcreative.com with your order number.

If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, your purchase may be eligible for return only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time using the links in your order confirmation email(s) or through your subscription management portal. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-orders (final sale)

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory. We may collect payment in full or in part at checkout, and we will fulfill the order at a later date when inventory becomes available.

All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, except where required by law. Pre-orders are also non-returnable, except where the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address for a pre-order, contact us immediately at ob@kaivcreative.com. We may be able to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes.

Try before you buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.

Returns and refunds for try before you buy purchases are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
